Emily has been working in the creative industries for the past 20 years, in this time she has developed as a highly skilled freelance producer, director and practitioner working on wide variety of arts projects nationally.

As Artistic Director of Shooting Fish Theatre Company she has lead on a host of projects funded by organisations including Arts Council England, Children in Need and Heritage Lottery, supporting the organisation to produce high quality new writing work with and for diverse communities. Emily has established herself as a drama specialist within range of educational settings, helping to embed and develop arts within the curriculum and providing a range of opportunities for young people. In addition to her work for Shooting Fish, Emily is an award winning film producer as well as an established drama lecturer.
