Anna has been a qualified primary school teacher for 20 years working mainly in Early years and KS1 as well as supporting SEND children within a mainstream school environment. Coming from a small, one form entry school has meant working closely with teachers from all the year groups, often planning as a team across key stages to best understand progression and attainment across the whole school. Anna therefore has a wide knowledge of planning many subjects from core subjects like maths to other subjects in the curriculum such as RE. In her current role Anna has planned lessons for 16-18 year olds In Bristol for a project to support at risk NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), to create a radio play in one of the most vulnerable areas of Bristol; Created a programme of work to support adults with learning difficulties to build employment skills and delivered specialist arts and storytelling workshops for autistic children in Claremont School Bristol.
