Emma has over 10 years of experience in tech marketing and 5 years in general management and business operations. She currently serves as the UK Managing Director, Global Marketing Lead, and Head of Inclusion and Diversity at an international software development company. Emma leads her own marketing team and has spearheaded a wide range of initiatives, from website redesigns to corporate rebranding. More recently, she successfully developed and now leads a team focused on a comprehensive equality, diversity, and inclusion program. Passionate about the arts, she is committed to improving access to creative experiences for young people outside of work.
