Emily Bignell
Holding a degree in drama, Emily has worked professionally within the arts for four years as an artist, producer, and project manager. Currently Co-Artistic Director of Shooting Fish Theatre Company, Emily has been involved in a huge variety of artistic projects during her time in the company. Recent projects in include a national tour of new writing piece Laminated and the production of short film Vigilante with Screen Yorkshire and the UK Film Council. Emily has been an integral part of the Arts Forum Festival management team for the last four years, and has helped build it into the successful annual festival that it is. Emily also works as a lecturer for Bishop Grosseteste University, guest lecturing on several units as part of their Drama in the Community Degree course.
Darren Bolton

Darren is the founding member of Shooting Fish, which he set up whilst at University studying drama and writing. Since graduating he has worked in theatre and film as a writer and director on a variety of projects in a range of mediums. His work has been showcased, broadcast and distrobuted internationally winning many awards along the way. Alongside this work Darren has worked extensively as a practioner in educational and community settings.
Laura Kavanagh

Laura graduated from The Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts with a degree in Community Arts in 2005. She then joined the Community Arts Company, Inside Out Arts, as a Director alongside fellow university graduates. Here she worked as a project manager, creative practitioner and director of community projects and outdoor performance. She has also worked as a freelance theatre facilitator and has worked extensively in schools and with vulnerable groups of people. Laura joined Shooting Fish in November 2009 as Education and Outreach Co-ordinator, and is responsible for managing and facilitating the company’s ongoing work in schools and with local community groups.
